It’s really simple to book with Elf Express all you need to do is

contact us first via Facebook, Instagram or Email and speak with an Elf.

1. We will ask you some questions so that we can build your Magical Elf Visit package.

 

2. Once we have decided on a date, package, time slot and final numbers, your Elf will send you your Icevoice , Personal Info Forms and Elf Turnips & Carrots (Terms & Conditions) via email.

3. Please read the T's & C's carefully and make sure you have understood before signing and sending back to us along with your online payment. 

​

4. You then have 24 hours to make your payment in full and send us your signed contract to secure and complete your booking. Please note you are able to update your personal forms via a link on your email sent once forms have been submitted. 

​

5. If you do not make payment with in 24 hours you will receive a reminder to check in before your booking is removed from our Snowball Diary. If we do not receive both the signed T's & C's and payment, after this reminder we will release your slot. Elf Express is always a sell out and we do our best to try and fit in every one we can so we do work on a first come first serve basis. 

​

6. Your 'Personal info Forms' link will be sent to you along with your Icevoice & T's & C's when booking please make sure you fill out this form as much as you can so we have something submitted on our system. You are able to edit your forms once they have been submitted until 5pm Friday 10th of November for Elf Surveillance Duty and until 6pm Friday 17th of November for Magical Elf Visits and VIP Experiences.

7. As a reminder please do not add any additional children info to your booking if they have not been confirmed by your Elfmin. You have until Sunday 5th November to add any children on your original booking. Any after this date will need to be made as a new separate booking.

It is always hectic at The Elf Express HQ, so you could be waiting sometime before you get a response but we thank you in advance for your patience and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can. If you have further question just get in-touch with one of the Elves and they will help!
